Situated in Reykjavik on the boundary between the land and the sea, the building will stand out like a radiant sculpture, reflecting the sky, the harbour space, and the vibrant life of the city.
The facades, designed by Icelandic Olafur Eliasson, are a crystalline lattice of glass and steel. The glass prisms capture and reflect the light, mirroring the day and the seasons like “a calendar of light”.

The balconies in the main foyer offer a spectacular view over the centre of Reykjavik, the Esja mountain, and the glacier at Snæfells Jökull.
