Søren Robert Lund, who designed Arken – Museum of Modern Art and the entrance gate to Kolonihaven – The Architecture Park in Copenhagen, reveals his latest project.
The design concept was to use "paper" and it’s transformation to "Newspaper" as a methaphor.
The printing hall with it’s curved facade and zink cladding, the central motive, stands in opposition to the wood facades of the lower office buildings.
This idea is carried further with the placement of several groups of paper birch trees in the landscaping.
