Brian Alfred Murpy has been dupped LA.'s "Vanguard Architect". He is a Southern California native; a runner, surfer and a rough water swimmer. Although trained at LA. Trade Tech, The UCLA School for the Arts, and The UCLA Graduate School of Architecture, his fresh unexpectedly free approach to design has emerged from a background in construction rather than academia. Unlike most in the design community, his Hands-On field experience affords him a broader base of exposure when working.
His company, BAM CONSTRUCTION/DESIGN, attracts exciting clients who thrive on Murphy's "Maverick" design sense. His work has been pulished in a variety of design and architectural journals as well as nontrade publications worldwide.
