Saylor's Restaurant, formerly Hook's Diner, 701 North 19th Street, Allentown, PA.
Built in 1946 by paramount Dining Cars, Haledon, New Jersey. In that year Paramount patented the "Split" Diner concept in which the Diner is built and shipped in two halves and put together on site. In this case one half of the unit is the kitchen.
