The house, located on a cliff site overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, is adapting to the plot's topography, thus minimizing the earthwork.
The Hospes Ámerigo is housed in a former Dominican convent in the middle of Alicante's historical centre. The buildings have been carefully converted. The result is an elegant modern environment.
Forming a major element in the new urban strategy for the city named "Madrid Rio", the Arganzuela Footbridge is already called "the jewel of the Rio" by the residents.
