The design is inspired by the concept Kolonihavehus and Kolonihave with the enclosure creating a frame for the meeting of heaven and earth; expressed through growth and weather.
Ten oak columns, a plate of sandblasted glass, a steel gate, the enclosureand the flags of sailcloth create the perspective; the entrance to the exhibition area.
The oak columns grow out of the earth like "ribs"; an earthly primeval expression.
The double curvature of the columns create a perspective view through the park. The flags, a Danish icon, add to the perspective by being placed in a traditional Bhutan prayerflag pattern.
The steel gate and the enclosure create the border between inside and outside.
