Coming out of the gray Scandinavian winter and seeing colors again made me think of California and "LAst Chance for Eden" the Los Angeles architecture exhibition I curated for Gammel Dok - Danish Centre for Architecture.
How wonderful it was to be surrounded by sunshine and colors every day...... I miss it a lot.
To give you an introduction to summer and sunshine I have retrieved the David Hockney "40 SNAPS of my house" from the arcspace archives. Look at them again and do a little "California Dreaming".........
P.S. The installation and the opening of the KOLONIHAVEN exhibition at the Reykjavik Art Museum was great fun. I have so many pictures of all the people involved and Jonathan Becker has masses of new Proof Sheets...........
