We are celebrating our first six month on arcspace Island with the opening of our new Skating Rink, designed by Australian architect Iota Ultsch, who primarily works with digital architecture and virtual worlds.
Once the Christmas tree is up on the First of December we will have a daily lottery with great gifts. All you have to do is pass by and hit the lottery ball:)
The Wikitecture entry in the Open Architecture Challenge is now well underway, but more contributors are needed!

We are planning our guided SL architecture tours in the new glass bottom arcspace Tram. Designed by Cube Inada the tram, that seats 12, can take us everywhere..even under water and through walls into buildings!

On the tour, among many other builds, will be Mies van der Rohe’s beautiful Farnsworth House, home to Designer Dingson who is in SL to explore the integration of SL into architectural business and practise in RL. Designer works for PRP Architects in England.

The Best of SL Magazine’s new fashion exhibition/catwalk, designed by Iota Ultsch, will also be on the Architecture Tour.

As will the new Princeton building by Scope Cleaver on the Alexander Beach Sim. SL architect Scope Cleaver is designing the entire sim, which will include buildings for enclosed installations and other interior builds, an exhibition center, and structures for social gatherings.
